All trade/charity pitches for the 2024 event have now been filled. Any further applications received will be placed on a waiting list.
If you would like to trade at the 2024 Bedford River Festival, the application form contains all of the information you need, including pitch prices. We welcome applications from both traders and charities.
Please note that this trader application form should not be used by any trader wishing to operate bars or sell ice cream. Please contact events@bedford.gov.uk for more information on these tenders.

The 2024 Bedford River Festival will include countless river activities, seven live music and performance areas, the Sports Island, the Vegan lounge, the Festival of Motoring, the wonderful offerings of craft and trade stalls, food and drink, and inclusive area for our SEND community plus so much more.
